LiCSAR EIDP

LiCSAR Earthquake InSAR Data Provider (EIDP) is a system set up to automatically identify significant earthquakes globally
and performs a series of tasks leading primarily to timely co-seismic interferometric products.
The source code is currently not open but we can adapt this upon demand.
