LiCSAR Extra

Set of extra tools for LiCSAR and LiCSBAS, such as:

• improved phase unwrapping (see Lazecky et al. in IGARSS 2022 and SARWatch 2023),

• plate motion velocity estimation (imported from MintPy),

• support functions to operate with the LiCSBAS Time Series datacube and AlignSAR InSAR TS datacube.
